Bath time!

Holden took his first bath in the real bath tub with Scarlett last night. He was quite pleased with himself. Admittedly, I was kind of excited for this. In my personal opinion, it doesn't get much cuter than two kids in a tub. And if they happen to be your two kids in a tub - then that's just about as cute as it can get. Ever. Holden loved reaching into the water for the bubbles and rubber ducks. I thought Scarlett might not want to share "her" tub and bath toys, but she was thrilled. So thrilled, in fact, that she wanted to make it her personal responsibility to wash Holden. We had to clear that up really quick. Holden was quite content just sitting in the tub holding on to his duck and/or washcloth with his big sister right next to him. Scarlett was quite content making sure Holden had a duck and/or washcloth to hold, while trying very hard to "wash" Holden while I wasn't looking. And I was quite content watching them do all of this together...while taking about 3 zillion pictures to document it. Ahh...my little guys.

so cute, so cute! I can't believe that Holden is already in the seat. Actually, I can believe it. But still. He's like the strongest little 4 month old I've ever seen. (4 months, right?!)

Absolutely adorable. Must be nice to give them a bath at the same time now! I can't wait for that time saver. Glad to hear Scarlett was so good at sharing her bath! (PS GREAT NEWS ABOUT THE VSD!!!))) I can't believe that Holden is getting so big! I swear it was just yesterday that I read about his arrival! It really does go by so fast!!!!!!!

Yay double-duty bath time! It is seriously cute--there is no doubt about it. I can remember how excited we both were to get that bath seat! It seems like ages ago. I can't believe how big Carson and Scarlett are now. Thank goodness we have these new babies to keep us from sobbing about it.

Oh, and Holden's hair is looking super cute these days. I seem to recall Scarlett having the same fluffy goose feather hair at this age.
