Munch - the one man band

Scarlett was given some princess girl musical instruments for Christmas. Holden has taken quite a liking to them recently. In fact, I'm pretty sure he's a musical prodigy.

But the talent doesn't stop there. Move over Louis. There's a new kid in town. And his name is Holden.

And if Holden doesn't make us millions with his many obvious mucial talents, there's always Bubs and her dancing career.

Holden is 8 months!

Holden turned 8 months yesterday. He does stuff now if we ask him to. If we say "clap clap clap," he clap clap claps. And he waves. It's quite cute. And it's so much fun to see him starting to comprehend what we're saying to him. It's like he's a real baby now or something. He is also incredibly ticklish. I do not abuse this fact at all. No. Not at all.

Holden is still a beast. At 2 months, he weighed 14 lbs. At four months, he weighed 18 lbs. At 6 months, he weighed 22 lbs. And he was just weighed at the Dr. yesterday, and he weighs a whopping 24 lbs. To put that in perspective, Scarlett weighs 29. He's my Jabba the Munch.

Guess what??

It's official. Scarlett is potty trained.

She is going to daycare tomorrow in her big girl underwear.

Yes Holden. We think that deserves applause too.
