Last weekend we went to the Meriden Daffodil Festival. Honestly, we've been so busy with house hunting and house selling that this family outing was really fun. It was nice to get out with the kids. We've gone to this festival for the past three years. (You may remember this post from 2 years ago, and last year we went, but I was suffering from some majorly 9 month pregnant pregnancy brain and forgot my camera.) The first mission was to get the kids to take a decent picture or two in the daffodils.20 minutes and 384 pictures later - we were satisfied. We, of course, found the princess girl horses. Scarlett, as you can see, could not have been happier. Holden was intrigued. We found the big, Big, BIG slide too. And the animals. There was a pile of hay to feed the animals and we spent about an hour doing that. Seriously. Again. Holden was intrigued.

OH MY LORD I WANT TO MUNCH ON YOUR CHILDREN!!!!!!!!
I love the daffodil festival! So many good photo ops and you definitely succeeded in getting some great ones of S+H. By the way, I want her dress.
